This blueberry muffin recipe is a little off the beaten path. I have a large collection of blueberry muffin recipes, and every recipe in the collection is there because it is my favorite for a different reason. These stand out because they contain white chocolate chips and cinnamon along with the blueberries. Not typical blueberry muffins, but very good.
Fill the muffin cups almost full of batter. Paper liners will save some clean-up time.
These muffins have the usual goodness of blueberry muffins combined with the unusual added treat of white chocolate chips inside.

I love the idea of adding white chocolate. I have a similar recipe to this that uses raspberries and white choc chips. I will use blueberries next time for sure!
Best wishes,
Natasha.
