Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise, leaving a few seeds for some heat. Be sure you wear gloves!
Spread each half with cream cheese.
Wrap 1/3 of a bacon slice around each pepper and secure with a skewer, then bake for 20 -25 minutes.
Your guests will love these. They would be great for Super Bowl parties or anytime you have friends over.

These look good but they would have to be good with cream cheese and bacon which I love. I will send this to my bachelor brother who hosts a super bowl party every year. He has learned to cook about four things very well. The trouble is that his friends are probably getting tired of his famous chili that he serves at the party. These would perk up his menu and maybe win the heart of one of his female party goers. Besides, he loves spicy food with nothing having too much heat for him. In fact, he makes two pots of chili one mild and one extra hot. That is probably way more info about my brother than you wanted to know but I enjoy ratting on him. Heehee.

We make these all of the time for cookouts… The best way to make them even more sinful is to use ranch salad dressing mix in the cream cheese! We have also sliced shrimp and added to the cream cheese or used dove meat from a hunt!! Yummyyy
