Best Ever Baked Pork Chops
bottled Ranch dressing
3 cups dry Italian bread crumbs
1 (0.6 ounce) package dry Italian dressing mix
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon powdered garlic
6 pork chops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a sheet pan by lining with aluminum foil. Pour a layer of Ranch dressing into a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, Italian dressing mix, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Dip one pork chop at a time in the Ranch dressing, turning to coat both sides, then put it in the bread crumb mixture, coating well on both sides. Place pork chops on prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until reaching an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
Pour the Ranch dressing in a shallow bowl and combine the dry ingredient in a separate bowl.

I have to go mow now and it's darn hot out there….go figure…March! 60's are my favorite for working outside….but it's 80 something. I'm going to have to turn on the AC! Oh no! Not this early! There goes my budget! TTYL!

I bet they do live up to their name! We eat pork chops quite often so it's nice to find another way to prepare them. Ranch dressing makes almost anything taste good so this is sure to be very tasty. Thanks for the recipe, Anita.——– Shannon

I jumped over from Cozy Home Scenes too because my hubby gets tired of the same old same old recipe – I haven't tried to bread pork chops in awhile so I might try these this week. Thanks!

It would be a lot more helpful if people would post AFTER they have actually tried the recipe and THEN posted a comment so we folks to see how you liked the recipe!

I thought this would be much better. The pork chops weren't great. The breading stuck to the pan and completely came off of the meat on one side. It was pretty mushy. I won't make them again.

I feel bad that these didn't turn out well for you, you must have been so disappointed. I don't know what went wrong, so sorry!

I just read somewhere that baked pork chops come out crispy when breaded if you bake them on a RACK over a pan; do NOT place them on foil or in a flat pan … that's why they got mushy and you lost the breading.
