I'm always looking for easy crock pot ideas. My brother uses is crock pot all the time, but only makes chili and pot roast. We're trying to get him to branch out to some new ideas, especially when taking things to his church group dinners. I'm just now using our crock pot more since it's so easy to have delicious, healthy meals with it.
Thanks for sharing this recipe on my party!

Crock pot recipes are also perfect for solar cooking, so I'm going to try this. I had something similar from year's ago in my lost recipe file, so it's great to find it, again. If using a solar oven, the timing is closer to the faster timing. Come visit when you can.

I'm putting this one in the vault for winter time Anita. I want to thank you so much for linking up each week to my "Thriving on Thursdays" linky party. You always have such fantastic ideas. The party will be starting again in just over 12 hours so if you get a chance, I'd love to see what you've been up to this week.
