I like to line my pan with foil when I make the party mix just so there will be less clean up afterward. The fewer dishes you have to wash, the more time there is to spend with your guests.
Hot and Spicy Party Mix
10 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
2 tablespoons chipotle tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups corn Chex cereal
3 cups rice Chex cereal
3 cups wheat Chex cereal
3 cups Goldfish crackers
3 cups Goldfish pretzel crackers
2 cups deluxe nuts
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line a large pan with heavy aluminum foil. Melt butter in the pan in the oven, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce, tabasco sauce, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and onion powder. Stir in corn Chex, rice Chex, and wheat Chex, stirring until evenly coated. Add Goldfish crackers, Goldfish pretzels, and nuts, stirring all until coated with seasonings. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, store in airtight container.
