This week for Mission Organization I made an attempt to get my photos organized. The photos that I worked on were the loose prints that I had stored around the house, some in drawers and some in boxes. I have photos that date back to my grandparents, but the bulk of my loose prints were pictures of my own children and family members.
I have no connection with Hobby Lobby or the products mentioned in this post; they simply were available to serve my purposes very well.

Wanna come and do mine Anita? LOL I've just inherited all of my Nanna's and my Mum's and I just don't know where to start. Don't even get me started on digital photos. LOL

Anita, organizing the mountain of photos that we have seems insurmountable so we put them away in drawers. They don't get looked at because they're out of sight and out of mind. Your system at least allows someone to find a certain photo because you have them catagorized. Seeing what you have accomplished gives me hope. Thanks for the inspiration. ———Shannon

Anita,
This is amazing. I have pics in piles in drawers all over the place. I love your filing system to actually be able to find old photos.Organizing does not come naturally to me. What a great share.

I really need to do this!! I have been wanting to make a photo album for each of my four kids. It just seems overwhelming to me, but I think it would be so nice. If you have any input as how to do this, please let me know.

Now this is something I REALLY need to do! Especially the writing on the back of them before I get so old I won't remember! Thanks for reminding me. This is a top priority for me. Good job!
