This is by far the best white cheese dip that I have ever made. I came across a post about it at Pennies on a Platter, and apparently the recipe may have had its origins in a Mexican restaurant. I think the basic recipe is just about perfect, and I have only slightly adjusted the measurements for the green chiles and jalapeños to suit my own taste.
Queso Blanco Dip
This cheese dip is the perfect consistency and is great with chips, a keeper of a recipe for sure.

This does look delicious. Is it too hot for the grandkids?? If so we'll just eat it after they are in bed!

Can this be frozen and for how long should it be safe in the freezer before using up?
